Though the Highland Lynx are generally good mannered, they sometimes lose their temper and can become stubborn. Even to small children this breed of can sometimes prove to be unfriendly. There are many reasons behind it. Different cats have different traits. They may vary from size, color, personality, temperament and longevity.

Some breed of cats can easily mix with children and can bridge friendships with other pets quite easily. Still there are some others who are busy with themselves, remaining aloof and prefer to be by themselves.

There are some cats who are from the very infancy, very apathetic, care little of self hygiene. The Highland Lynx breed is seen all the time brushing their furry body. The Highland Lynx breed is a  moody breed, they can be vocal, arrogant. When the Highland Lynx is angry they are very vocal, and let you know what their mood is like .  This breed is very agressive and tends to scratch, and can bite  someone who is unknown who tries to tame it.
